  • At Whakatipu Psychology we pride ourselves on our warm, compassionate style of therapy. However, we understand that different people have different needs, and it's important you feel comfortable with your psychologist. If you do not think they are the right fit for you, you can either raise it with them directly, or message via 'Book Now' to be referred to someone else. You are also completely free to stop attending or change providers whenever you like.

  • Your opinions are important to us and we welcome feedback. With your help, we can improve our service. We will respond to suggestions positively and promptly wherever we can.
